Remote Healthcare Credentialing / Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Position Highlights:
- Remote position handling high-volume healthcare onboarding and credentialing.
- Manage tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and audit readiness.
- Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, HR, Talent Acquisition, payroll, and clinic leadership.
- Troubleshoot onboarding and credentialing issues and work independently with minimal training.
Requirements:
- High-volume healthcare credentialing experience required.
- Recent dialysis or healthcare credentialing experience within the last 6 months.
- Strong knowledge of licenses, certifications, background checks, I-9s, and compliance requirements.
- Experience reviewing criminal checks, lab work, and employment/education verification.
- Experience with UKG, Phenom, or similar HRIS/ATS.
- Sterling or First Advantage experience highly preferred.
