The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, hands-on care and support to residents under the supervision of the Charge Nurse and Team Manager. The CNA is responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, promoting comfort, maintaining safety, and supporting their overall health and well-being.

The position requires following individualized care plans developed for each resident and performing duties in accordance with established Nurse Aide Guidelines, facility policies, and nursing standards. The CNA works closely with nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure residents receive compassionate, respectful, and quality care.
