CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST (CST)

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a surgical services opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across multiple surgical specialties and be comfortable supporting both routine and complex procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of CST experience – REQUIRED.
  • Experience in Orthopedics – REQUIRED.
  • Neurosurgery – REQUIRED.
  • General Surgery – REQUIRED.
  • Robotic Surgery / Da Vinci Xi – REQUIRED.
  • Urology – REQUIRED.
  • GYN – REQUIRED.
  • Endovascular/Vascular Surgery – REQUIRED.
  • ENT experience – Preferred.
  • Current BLS certification through AHA – REQUIRED.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with a broad range of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
  • Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
  • Maintain sterile technique and support surgical team members throughout procedures.
  • Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure appropriate instruments and supplies are available.
  • Support both elective and complex surgical procedures.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT:
  • Strict attendance standards apply.
  • Three absences or instances of being more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled shift may result in immediate termination.
  • Documented medical emergencies, communicable illnesses, or hospitalizations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Current resume/work history.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Skills checklist completed within the past year is preferred.
  • All required certifications must be current and available for verification.
  • Candidates must be able to reliably meet the scheduled shifts and attendance requirements.
