GENERAL DENTIST – LOCUM OPPORTUNITY
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a General Dentist to start ASAP. This is an opportunity to provide comprehensive general dentistry in a well-supported practice with a full clinical support team.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Patient Population: Adults
- Practice Focus: Comprehensive General Dentistry
- Operatories: 7
- Same-Day Treatment: Goal of providing treatment during the same visit whenever appropriate.
- Credentialing: Can be completed in as little as 7–12 days.
- Specialty Support: Specialty services available within the local market.
PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT:
- 7 fully equipped operatories.
- Full support staff.
- Dental Hygienists available.
- Treatment Coordinators available.
- Dental Assistants available.
- Collaborative and well-supported practice environment.
- Access to specialty care within the market when needed.
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The provider will be responsible for delivering bread-and-butter general dentistry to an adult patient population. The practice is focused on comprehensive care and providing same-day treatment whenever clinically appropriate.
- Comprehensive general dental exams.
- Diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Preventive and restorative dentistry.
- Routine general dental procedures.
- Patient education and oral health recommendations.
- Same-day treatment when appropriate.
- Coordination of specialty care when referrals are needed.
IDEAL PROVIDER:
- Experienced General Dentist.
- Comfortable treating an adult patient population.
- Strong bread-and-butter general dentistry experience.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Able to provide comprehensive treatment plans.
