Temp – Leadership – Director of Rehab

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced rehabilitation leader to supervise and support the rehab team across all disciplines while ensuring effective clinical operations and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support OT, PT, SLP, and other rehab team members.
Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
Lead and participate in facility and management meetings.
Assist with developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
Monitor compliance with screening, documentation, and chart audit requirements.
Ensure staff follow policies and procedures.
Collaborate with facility and upper management to achieve rehab goals and maintain quality care.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of OT, SLP, or PT experience.
LTC or rehab experience required.
Active Texas license required; compact license accepted.

Additional Details:

8-hour NBO.
Overtime/holiday pay: 1.25x.
