Position Overview:
Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts.
- One evening per week until 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical counseling and therapeutic services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records.
- Provide patient-centered care with clinical and administrative support.
Requirements:
- Active New York LCSW — Required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable treating patients age 5+.
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Collaborative, team-based approach.
