LPN – Med Surg

• Develop and implement total nursing care through patient assessment, nursing diagnoses, and individualized care plans.
• Provide leadership and work collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing practice standards.
• Provide care for patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

• 2+ years of LPN Med Surg experience — Required.
• BLS (AHA) — Required.
• Active Oklahoma LPN license at the time of submission — Required.
