Position Overview:
✓ Seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse
✓ Work as part of a treatment team alongside physicians, nursing supervisors, and counseling staff
✓ Provide medication administration and patient support in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) clinic
✓ Maintain a non-judgmental and accepting approach toward patients with Substance Use Disorder

Responsibilities:
✓ Administer daily medications according to program policies and medical protocols
✓ Operate automated medication dispensing systems
✓ Calibrate pumps and maintain dispensing equipment
✓ Maintain accurate patient records and required reports
✓ Follow federal and state regulations regarding controlled substances
✓ Order, receive, and stock medications as permitted and required
✓ Complete daily patient assessments
✓ Assist with orientation of new nursing staff
✓ Maintain medication inventory and dispensing records
✓ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
✓ Active LPN/LVN license
✓ New Hampshire license required
✓ Compact license accepted
✓ BLS required
✓ 1+ year of medication administration experience required
✓ Opioid addiction treatment center experience highly preferred
