REGISTERED NURSE – TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT
- Location: Rural New Hampshire — approximately 2 hours from Boston, MA.
- Must have your own transportation.
- Limited housing and public transportation available.
- Candidates should research housing/transportation options before submission.
- NH RN license required and must be active/in hand.
- Compact license accepted.
- BLS (AHA) required.
- COVID vaccination required — no exemptions/declinations accepted.
- 3+ years of current experience within the last 6 months.
- Must be willing to float within areas of experience.
- IV certification required — must be willing to obtain during .onboarding if needed.
- Previous travel experience highly preferred.
- Rural/small facility experience highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents for changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, oxygen, and enteral feedings.
- Perform wound care and assist with wound vacs.
- Supervise LNAs and delegate resident care appropriately.
- Complete admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation, MARs/TARs, and reports.
- Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and nursing leadership.
- Monitor infection control and overall unit safety.
- Assist with staff orientation, education, and training.
