CNA – TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT

POSITION SUMMARY:
- Provide basic nursing and restorative care under the supervision of LPNs and RNs.
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning, range of motion, and mobility.
- Assist with feeding, hydration, toileting, bowel/bladder training, and intake/output.
- Follow resident care plans and maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Report significant changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Follow infection control practices and facility policies.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and maintain a safe environment.
- Support residents’ participation in their care according to their abilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year of current experience – Required.
- Must be willing to float – Required.
- Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred.
- Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred.
- New Hampshire RN/LPN/CNA license as applicable.
- Compact license accepted where applicable.
- BLS through AHA – Required.
- COVID vaccination series – Required; declinations/exemptions are not accepted
