Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) – Long-Term Care
Position Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide basic nursing and restorative care to residents under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions, supporting mobility and transfers, providing personal hygiene and nutritional assistance, and maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
The LNA will follow resident care plans, maintain confidentiality, observe infection control practices, and ensure residents' safety, dignity, privacy, and rights at all times.
Submission Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of current experience – REQUIRED.
- Must be willing to float – REQUIRED.
- Previous travel experience – HIGHLY PREFERRED.
- Rural or small facility experience – HIGHLY PREFERRED.
- COVID vaccination series – REQUIRED; declinations and exemptions are not accepted.
Certification Requirements:
- BLS (AHA) – REQUIRED.
State License Requirements:
- New Hampshire LNA license.
- Compact license accepted.
- Must have an active license at the time of submission.
