Timeline & Schedule:
- Start Date: Immediate (as soon as credentialed)
- Duration: Ongoing; preference for a locum.
- Hours: * Monday/Wednesday/Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Clinical Scope & Environment:
- Procedures: Standard "bread and butter" dentistry (crowns, bridges, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care).
- Patient Base: All ages; fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Fully equipped with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, CBCT, panoramic machine, and paperless charting.
- Insurance Mix: Approximately 47% Delta Dental.
Support Team:
- Comprehensive staff including an Office Manager, two full-time Hygienists (RDH), two full-time Dental Assistants (DA), one full-time Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA), and front desk support.
Requirements & Logistics:
- Licensure: Active Ohio (OH) license.
- Travel: Travel and lodging (T&L) may be covered for the right candidate; all-inclusive rates are preferred for providers requiring travel assistance.
