PEDIATRIC DENTIST – LOCUM TENENS
Start Date: January 4, 2027
Contract Length: 3.5 months (through April 15, 2027)
Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

Additional Coverage Dates: February 12, March 13 (Saturday), and March 26, 2027
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Provide pediatric dental care during a provider's maternity leave.
- Treat pediatric patients, from infants through adolescents.
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, preventive care, restorative dentistry, and routine pediatric dental procedures.
- Manage a busy patient schedule while collaborating with the existing clinical team.
- Orthodontic experience is a plus but not required. Complex orthodontic care and new orthodontic starts will be deferred until the regular provider returns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Connecticut dental license or willingness to obtain one.
- Board certification requirements are being confirmed.
- Experience providing comprehensive pediatric dental care independently.
- Experience with Curve Dental EMR highly preferred.
- DEA and additional certification requirements to be confirmed.
CREDENTIALING: Approximately 2 weeks.
