Note about the coverage and the practice:

Must be comfortable with special needs patients – almost all pediatrics a few adult special needs.
Young practice
30-35 patients per day
BC in General or Pediatric dentistry, experience with pediatrics is a must
Support staff will assist with charting, reviewing for accuracy is key for insurance.
Restorative and preventative
Typically hygienist do cleaning if slow dentist may clean.
Nitris is required, no oral sedation required but would be a plus.
(***This information may be worth confirming, I took these notes in our initial meeting) Patient volume is at least 3 columns, sometimes 4. 2 hygiene with consult and one column of ops. High for them would be 30-35 patients. They can work with the Dentist on production if they want move volume.
