- 2 Day Shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- 1 Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide inpatient obstetric and midwifery care. The CNM will work collaboratively with OB/GYN physicians and the obstetrical team, including management of moderate- and high-risk obstetric patients.
Patient Volume
- Approximately 10 deliveries/day
- Approximately 11 triage patients/day
- Prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and women’s health/family-planning patients
Key Responsibilities
- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Labor management and vaginal deliveries
- Fetal monitoring and testing
- Obstetric triage
- Laceration/episiotomy repair
- Obstetric ultrasound
- Management of multiple pregnancies
- Manual delivery of placenta
- IUD insertion/removal
- Microscopy/wet prep
- Surgical first assist for C-sections and/or tubal ligations
- Collaborative management of high-risk obstetric conditions

Requirements
- Current/Active CNM Board Certification required
- Active Virginia License required
- Virginia DEA required
- Must independently perform required CNM/OB procedures and skills
- Must meet facility immunization requirements
- Strong ability to collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and the obstetrical team
