1.0 FTE: approximately 0.75 outpatient / 0.25 inpatient.
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
Scheduled coverage, No Call.
Open to 2 locums working opposite schedules (1 inpatient / 1 outpatient).
Both inpatient and outpatient coverage.
EMR: EPIC.
Patient population: young adults to elderly.
Average volume: 8–10 patients/day.

Clinical Requirements
Must provide a case list documenting at least 100 patients/services representative of requested privileges within the past 24 months.
At least 5 completed procedures of each required type within the past 24 months.
APP will independently perform fluoroscopic studies after training.
Radiologic technologists assist with equipment operation.
APP provides final interpretations and signs reports.
Supervising radiologist provides oversight and random chart audits.
Training and proctoring are available for credentialing; candidates missing some procedure requirements may be proctored and signed off.

Washington license is not currently required due to the anticipated 90-day credentialing timeline, but this may change if a faster start becomes necessary.
