Job Title: Per Diem LVN/LPN – Long Term Care (Nights)
Job Summary:
Provide direct and indirect resident care in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, following individualized care plans, physician orders, and all federal, state, and facility regulations. This position includes AHSA's expedited clinical interview process, with candidate outreach typically within two hours and hiring decisions made the same day or by the next business day for eligible candidates.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of LVN/LPN experience required.
- Active Michigan LVN/LPN License required.
- BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) required.
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Must indicate the number of shifts per week or month the candidate is willing to commit to on the front page of the submission packet.
Required Submission Documents:
- Current resume with work history.
- Skills checklist (current within 1 year, relevant to Long Term Care).
- Michigan nursing license.
- BLS certification.
- Number of shifts per week/month the candidate is available to work clearly stated on the front page of the packet.
