MEDICAL ASSISTANT (MA)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist healthcare providers with daily clinical operations and patient care activities.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Assist with patient intake, rooming, and preparation for examinations.
• Obtain and document patient information as assigned.
• Support providers and other clinical staff with routine patient care tasks.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow established documentation procedures.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Help maintain an efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Float to other departments or assigned areas when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience required.
• Must be willing and able to float between departments or assigned work areas.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and clinical teams.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing departmental needs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Candidates must have at least two years of relevant Medical Assistant experience.
• Flexibility to float is required.
