Permanent Medical Director – OB/GYN Opportunity

$180–$250 per hour (to be discussed)
Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced and visionary OB/GYN Medical Director to provide full-time clinical care while leading the strategic and operational development of a Women's Health Program. This dual-role position combines direct patient care with physician leadership and program growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scope OB/GYN clinical services, including office visits, surgical procedures, and deliveries.
- Lead the clinical and strategic development of the Women's Health service line.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and program growth.
- Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to foster excellence and teamwork.
- Partner with certified nurse-midwives and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists to optimize patient care.
- Participate in administrative leadership activities with dedicated leadership time built into the schedule.
Schedule & Call:
- Monday–Friday (3 days office, 2 days surgery) with dedicated administrative time for leadership duties.
- 1:6 call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in OB/GYN (Required).
- Active Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain one (Required).
- Minimum of 5 years of OB/GYN experience (Required).
- Leadership experience (Highly Preferred).
- Clean malpractice and license history (Highly Preferred).
- Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report dated within the past 30 days (Required at presentation).
