MT/MLT – Laboratory:

• Perform routine laboratory testing using analyzers and other laboratory equipment.
• Run standards and controls, perform quality control, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Analyze blood cells using microscopic techniques.
• Perform blood typing, grouping, and compatibility testing for transfusions.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Monitor laboratory supplies and equipment inventory.
• Document, analyze, and report laboratory findings.
• Follow standardized procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform other related laboratory duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of MLT experience – Required.
• ASCP certification – Required.
• Recent blood bank experience – Required.
