Locum NP/PA – Geriatric Medicine

Assignment:
  • ASAP–Ongoing; mid-November 2026 is a realistic start if needed.
  • PACE clinic, geriatric population.
  • Day shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
  • EMR: EPIC.
  • Hourly rate: Tier 1 $95/hr and below; Tier 2 $96–$100/hr.
  • Experienced providers only; no new graduates.
  • Autonomous practice with Medical Director present.
  • Credentialing: up to 45 days.
  • Local providers only; mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate.

Requirements:
  • Board certified — Required.
  • Active North Carolina license — Required.
  • BLS — Required.
  • CDS/Controlled Substance certification and DEA — Required.
  • Minimum 1 year working with frail or elderly patients — Required.
  • Geriatric experience/added qualifications — Preferred.
  • AANP or ANCC certification — Required.
