Permanent Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for a full-time opportunity with a well-established Level III NICU.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time permanent position.
- 16-bed Level III NICU.
- Approximately 320 NICU admissions and 1,900 births annually.
- Average daily census of 10.
- Work alongside neonatologists and experienced NNPs.
- Coverage includes Level III NICU and newborn nursery.
- Approximately 20 hours/day of NNP shift coverage.
- Daytime in-house neonatologist coverage and nighttime home call.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing.
- Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) — other NP certifications are not accepted.
- Active North Carolina APRN license or willingness to obtain.
- 2+ years of current NNP experience (RN experience does not count).
- Current NPDB Self-Query Report dated within 30 days at submission.
- DEA required prior to start.
- Provider clearance required before onboarding.
