About the Job
Locum Nurse Practitioner (RNFA) or Physician Assistant – Gynecology Surgery (First Assist)
Pay:
$90–$120/hour
Assignment Length:
6 months.
Setting:
Inpatient Operating Room.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Day shifts.
Call:
None.
Volume:
2–6 surgeries per day.
EMR:
Cerner/Oracle.
Patient Population:
Adult.
Supervision:
Works alongside the operating surgeon (not autonomous).
Procedures:
Robotic gynecological surgery first assist.
Credentialing:
Approximately 2–3 months.
Travel:
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
Requirements:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
First Assist Certification with robotic surgery experience.
Active New Jersey license (must already be active).
Current BLS, ACLS, and ATLS or ATCN certifications (AHA).
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
NPDB Self-Query report dated within 30 days of submission.
New graduates will not be considered.
