Occupational Therapist
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team.
Under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist, the PTA will provide therapeutic treatments to patients and assist in implementing individualized care plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities.
- Perform gait and balance training.
- Provide therapeutic techniques and interventions as directed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Report treatment results and patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Support patients in achieving mobility, strength, and functional goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Active Texas license or Compact license required.
- Strong clinical and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
