MRI Aide – Radiology Department
Highlights:
- Work alongside another MRI Tech or MRI Aide; never work independently.
- Approximately 9 patients per shift using GE MRI equipment.
- Evening, weekend, and on-call availability required.
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced MRI Aide to support a busy Radiology/MRI department by assisting MRI technologists with patient care and daily workflow. The role involves working in a collaborative team environment, supporting MRI procedures, preparing patients, and ensuring efficient department operations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of current MRI experience, with GE MRI equipment experience required and Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of current MRI experience.
- Experience with GE MRI equipment (required).
- Meditech Expanse experience (strongly preferred).
- Active AHA BLS certification.
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and take call as needed
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- All scheduling requests and requested time off must be submitted with the application.
