Nurse Practitioner - Urology
We are seeking an experienced, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our high-volume urology clinic. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care within a collaborative, mission-driven nonprofit health system.
Role Overview:
As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will independently manage a diverse adult patient panel, collaborating closely with physicians and specialists. You will utilize advanced EMR systems and AI-assisted documentation tools to provide efficient, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Manage 15–20 patients per day, including new consults, established visits, and pre/post-operative evaluations.
- Clinical Management: Perform detailed assessments, order/interpret diagnostic tests, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Education: Counsel patients and families on urological conditions, surgical procedures, and recovery protocols.
- Inpatient Support: Conduct occasional inpatient rounding (strictly no-call).
- Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner/Oracle Health and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually.

Requirements:
- Certification: Board Certified (AANP or ANCC).
- Experience: Previous experience in Urology or Gynecology is strictly required (no new graduates).
- Licensure: Active Ohio APRN license (or eligibility to obtain) and a valid DEA.
- Availability: Full-time status is required.
- Background: Clean malpractice history and a recent NPDB Self-Query Report.
- Citizenship: We are currently unable to accept visa candidates (J1/H1B) or Locums providers.
