Job Details
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Pay Range: $37.82–$56.74 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
Position Description
The Occupational Therapist will provide in-home therapy services, assess patients' functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, recommend environmental modifications, and deliver interventions to improve patients' independence and daily living activities.
Requirements
- Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program – REQUIRED
- Active Iowa OT license – REQUIRED
- Compact license accepted, as indicated in the job requirements.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance – REQUIRED
- BLS/CPR certification – REQUIRED
- At least 1 year of experience caring for a similar patient population – REQUIRED
- NBCOT exam eligibility or completed examination – Highly preferred
- Mandatory Reporter training for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse.
