Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Competitive range of $257,000 – $286,000 annually.
- Sign-On Bonus: Eligibility for up to $20,000.

Requirements:
- Board Status: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must have completed residency).
- Licensure: Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain.
- Credentials: Must have or be able to obtain a DEA prior to start.
- Compliance: Clean malpractice history is highly preferred; must provide a recent NPDB Self Query Report.
