Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
- DEA required prior to start.
- Recent NPDB self-query report required.
