We are seeking an experienced Licensed Psychologist to join a collaborative interdisciplinary healthcare team providing high-quality behavioral health services across specialized patient populations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and community providers to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in the development of specialty treatment programs and clinical best practices.
- Support crisis intervention and emergency behavioral health assessments.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary case discussions.
- Educate staff and healthcare teams on behavioral health services and specialty practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Completion of an APA-accredited internship.
- Licensed Psychologist in Texas.
- Experience in a specialty psychology area such as child psychology, pain management, palliative care, addictions, corrections, or related fields.
- Strong background in evidence-based treatment approaches and psychological assessment.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Spanish proficiency preferred.
