Adult Outpatient Therapist
Seeking a licensed Adult Outpatient Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services for adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, providing individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating discharge planning.
Requirements:
✔ Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
✔ Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LLP, LMSW, LPC, LLPC, or TLLP)
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental illness (internship/fieldwork accepted)
✔ Ability to work independently with strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Eligible to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire
✔ U.S. work authorization required (visa sponsorship not available)
