Rehabilitation Team Supervisor
Job Description:
The Rehabilitation Team Supervisor oversees and supports rehabilitation staff across all disciplines to ensure effective clinical programs, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care.
Schedule:
Shift: 8-hour days
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
Weekend Requirements: None
On-Call Requirements: None
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support rehabilitation team members across all disciplines.
- Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
- Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by management.
- Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
- Oversee timely completion of clinical documentation and chart audits.
- Ensure staff follow established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehabilitation goals and maintain quality care.
Submission Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), or Physical Therapy (PT) — Required.
- Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience — Required.
- Active professional license — Required.
