Mobile Vascular Sonographer
Seeking a registered Vascular Sonographer to perform portable ultrasound examinations in healthcare facilities and transmit diagnostic images to a Radiologist for interpretation. Responsibilities include obtaining high-quality diagnostic images, verifying patient identity and physician orders, maintaining equipment, completing required documentation, and communicating effectively with healthcare staff and dispatch teams. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, traveling between facilities, managing a mobile workload, and maintaining professional and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARDMS or CCI certification required (RVT or RVS credential required)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between patient sites
• Experience performing vascular ultrasound examinations
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must meet health screening, vaccination, background check, and drug screening requirements
