Supervisor – Mental Health Program

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 37.5 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available
• Some evenings/weekends may be required
• Provides after-hours crisis-call coverage as needed

• Oversee all administrative and clinical functions of the program
• Ensure effective delivery of services to clients and community programs
• Support staff with crisis calls
• Work collaboratively with clients, staff, and community resources

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Active, unrestricted Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license
• Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Experience providing individual, family, and group mental health/substance abuse treatment
• Ability to handle crisis situations appropriately
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Cultural competence and a nonjudgmental approach
• Community mental health experience and knowledge of community resources highly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available
