Radiologic Technologist
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $28.32 – $42.48.
- $7,500 sign-on bonus.
- Relocation assistance may be available.
- Student Stipend Program eligible:
- $1,500 per month for up to 6 months prior to graduation.
- Additional $500 bonus upon obtaining required licensure.
Schedule:
- 0.8 FTE Night Shift.
- Four 12-hour night shifts per pay period.
- Two additional 8-hour PM or Day shifts per pay period.
Position Summary:
The Radiologic Technologist performs routine diagnostic imaging procedures in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, image acquisition, evaluation of radiographic images, and utilization of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, pathology, physics, and radiology to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.
Additional responsibilities include minor clerical duties and providing coverage at multiple clinic locations as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine radiographic imaging procedures.
- Assess patients and determine appropriate imaging techniques.
- Evaluate image quality and diagnostic accuracy.
- Ensure safe patient handling and positioning.
- Maintain imaging documentation and records.
- Assist with minor clinic clerical duties.
- Float to various clinic locations as needed for staffing coverage.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
- 0–2 years of hospital or clinic experience.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Active Wisconsin Radiologic Technologist license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Radiologic Technologist experience.
- Experience with Epic Ambulatory EMR, RIS, and PACS systems.
