About the Job
Physician – Family Practice:
- Setting: Outpatient clinic; provider may split time between different clinic settings.
- Patient Population: All ages — must be comfortable treating both children and adults.
- Schedule: 3–5 days per week, typically 10 AM–7 PM or 1 PM–7 PM, with no call.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience; ability to supervise midlevel providers is required.
- Requirements: Active California medical license, DEA, and BLS. Board certification is preferred, but Board Eligible physicians are accepted.
- EMR: EPIC.
- Patient Volume: Approximately 18 patients/day, with 21+ preferred.
- Contract: 13–26 weeks, ASAP start.
- Credentialing: 30 days or less.
- Orientation: Full week, Monday–Friday; provider must be available for the entire orientation.
