JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking a Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist (R. EEG T.) for a night-shift position supporting the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and Routine EEG Lab.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Graduate of an accredited EEG/Neurodiagnostic program preferred.
  • Successful completion of the ABRET examination preferred/required for R. EEG T.
  • Minimum 2 years of neurodiagnostic experience and/or Epilepsy Monitoring Unit experience.
  • Experience reviewing and editing inpatient video monitoring.
  • Digital EEG experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working under the supervision of a Registered EEG Technologist.
  • Experience performing:
    • VEP.
    • BAER.
    • SSEP.
    • Routine EEG.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist duties in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit.
  • Perform routine EEG and Evoked Potential procedures.
  • May perform routine EEG procedures at an off-site location.
  • Review and edit inpatient video monitoring.
  • May serve as a preceptor for students.
  • Maintain accurate and quality neurodiagnostic recordings and documentation.

SCHEDULE:
  • 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
  • Night shift.
