Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehab
Seeking an experienced RN to provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatient rehabilitation patients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and nursing diagnoses.
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care and maintain professional nursing standards.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Provide care for patients across various age groups, from infants through geriatrics.
- 2+ years of Rehab nursing experience – Required.
- Inpatient Rehab experience – Required.
- BLS and NIH – Required.
- Active Oklahoma RN license required; Compact license accepted.
