Perm Adult Outpatient Therapist
Seeking an Adult Outpatient Therapist with a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and the appropriate Michigan licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake evaluations and provide treatment to adults and families.
- Assess and document mental health and/or co-occurring substance use needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, families, and other support professionals.
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate discharge planning.
- Complete required clinical training.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–7:00 PM.
- Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.
- Flexible scheduling available.
- Some evening/weekend hours may be required.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
- Michigan license: LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP.
- Obtain QMHP credential within 120 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness; fieldwork/internship may count.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with diverse populations.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
