About the Job

Temporary Cardiac Sonographer / Echocardiography Technologist:

Seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to provide echocardiography services across multiple HVI sites, including inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Experience: 1+ year of cardiac sonography experience.
  • Certifications: RDCS or RCS + BLS (AHA/ARC) – required.
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Echocardiography program.
  • Clinical Skills: 2D/3D echo, M-mode, Doppler, tissue Doppler, strain imaging, bubble studies, contrast echo, stress echo, and structural heart imaging.
  • Additional Skills: IV insertion for contrast/bubble studies, EKG rhythms, and aseptic technique.
  • TEE: Must be able to assist with 2D/3D TEE procedures.
  • EMR: Must be comfortable using electronic medical records.
  • Flexibility: Must be willing to work at all HVI locations as needed.
