Permanent General/Vascular Sonographer

Compensation & Benefits:

$40+/hr based on experience
Shift differentials: $2 after 2 PM, $3 after 10 PM, $4 on weekends
Company vehicle provided

Responsibilities:

Provide mobile ultrasound services at various healthcare facilities.
Perform General and Vascular ultrasound exams using portable equipment and digitally transmit images for interpretation.
Self-dispatch, manage assigned cases, and communicate with dispatch/facility staff.
Work independently with little to no direct supervision.
Maintain equipment, vehicle, documentation, and exam paperwork.
Must respond to urgent communications within 15 minutes.
Facility staff handles patient transfers, positioning, and assistance.

Requirements:

ARDMS or CCI registration required; limited license not accepted.
General and Vascular modalities required; ECHO is a plus.
Graduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.
Valid driver’s license required and subject to periodic checks.
Maintain required certifications/registries and health requirements.
COVID-19 vaccination required or approved exemption.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable traveling, working independently, and using basic smartphone/computer functions.
Must be able to transport ultrasound equipment weighing approximately 18–20 lbs.
