Job Summary – Behavioral Health Program Supervisor:
Seeking a Behavioral Health Program Supervisor to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of a mental health program.
Responsibilities include supervising service delivery, supporting program staff, providing crisis coverage, ensuring quality care, coordinating program operations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, staff, and community partners.
The role requires independent decision-making, strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage crisis situations.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license (full license only).
Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
Community mental health experience and knowledge of community resources highly preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, crisis intervention, and collaboration skills.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
