Central Sterile Technician – Travel

Position Overview:
Seeking a Certified Central Sterile Technician to join a highly team-oriented environment supporting a busy surgical department.
  • Pediatric through adult patient population.
  • 16 operating rooms with Labor & Delivery coverage for C-sections.
  • Approximately 50 procedures per day.
  • EMR: Epic.
  • Procedures include Neuro, Orthopedic, ENT, Thoracic, Vascular, General Surgery, and Gynecology.
  • COVID vaccination strongly encouraged but not required.
  • Non-billable orientation: 8 hours.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of current Central Sterile experience – Required.
  • BLS – Required.
  • HSPA/IAHCSMM certification – Required.
  • Travel experience – Preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Current skills checklist.
  • Work history.
  • One supervisory reference from within the past 2 years.
  • License/certifications must be provided.
