Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – General Surgery (Days)
Seeking an experienced Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support a busy operating room. Candidates must be able to work independently, take call, and precept staff. The role involves assisting with a variety of surgical procedures in an 8-bed operating room.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of recent CST experience
- Strong experience in General, Gynecology, Vascular, Thoracic, Orthopedic (including total joints), Neuro/Head & Spine, and Trauma surgeries
- Ability to work independently and precept other staff
- Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers will not be considered)
Preferred Experience:
- C-sections
- ENT
- Plastics
- DaVinci Robotic Surgery
- Meditech Expanse EMR
Requirements:
- NBSTSA certification required (NCCT not accepted)
- Active AHA BLS certification
- Must be willing to take call
- Must have a personal vehicle
- Two recent supervisory references required
- Submit complete work history and any requested time off with the application
