KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans and facility policies.
✔️ Help residents with lifting, turning, positioning, transferring, and transportation.
✔️ Assist with mealtime services, meal delivery, feeding, and documenting food intake.
✔️ Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake.
✔️ Assist with resident weighing and report significant weight changes.
✔️ Monitor residents’ skin conditions and report pressure areas, skin breakdown, or skin tears.
✔️ Assist nursing staff with toileting programs.
✔️ Complete daily flow sheets and document resident progress as directed.
✔️ Communicate resident refusals, changes in condition, and other concerns to the nurse and supervisor.
✔️ Provide support to nurses and other staff as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ At least 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience.
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔️ Previous travel experience.
✔️ Active Michigan CNA certification at the time of submission.
✔️ Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
✔️ Successful work history demonstrating assignments or employment lasting longer than 13 weeks.
✔️ No active disciplinary action against certification.
✔️ At least 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience.
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔️ Previous travel experience.
✔️ Active Michigan CNA certification at the time of submission.
✔️ Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
✔️ Successful work history demonstrating assignments or employment lasting longer than 13 weeks.
✔️ No active disciplinary action against certification.
