ECHO TECHNOLOGIST
Contract Dates: November 9, 2026 – February 6, 2027.
Openings: 1
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, 10-hour shifts.
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Rotational weekend and holiday on-call required.
Hours: 40 hours per week.

JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced Echo Technologist to perform cardiac ultrasound examinations, including stress echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with EPIC is required.
- BLS certification required.
- Must hold an active registration through ARDMS or CCI.
- Knowledge of cardiac ultrasound procedures and digital ultrasound equipment.
- Ability to complete scheduled examinations accurately and within established time frames.
- Ability to prepare patients for procedures and explain examination processes.
- Ability to navigate electronic medical records effectively.
- Must be available for rotational weekend and holiday on-call coverage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform cardiac ultrasound examinations, including stress echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms.
- Follow American Society of Echocardiography guidelines and comply with ICAEL standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac ultrasound techniques and digital imaging equipment.
- Complete scheduled examinations efficiently while providing appropriate, patient-centered care.
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the examination process.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
