Rehabilitation Team Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines.
- Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently.
- Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional or management.
- Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
- Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
- Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehabilitation goals and quality patient care.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of OT, SLP, or PT experience – REQUIRED.
- LTC or rehabilitation experience – REQUIRED.
- Active Missouri license – REQUIRED.
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Missouri License Required.
- Compact License Accepted.
