Occupational Therapist (OT) – Long Term Care

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide skilled rehabilitation services for patients in a Long Term Care setting. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy to improve daily living skills and functional independence, monitor progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience.
- Long Term Care or Rehabilitation experience required.
- Active Missouri OT License.
- Must be able to evaluate, treat, document, and supervise therapy services in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
