Temp Radiation Therapist – Oncology (Days)
Job Summary:
The Radiation Therapist administers radiation treatments, performs simulations and dosimetry functions, and assists with treatment preparation under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist. Responsibilities include managing daily treatment schedules, maintaining radiation safety standards, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and support staff, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience.
- Active Massachusetts Radiology License (must be in hand at submission)
- ARRT certification required.
- Active BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Previous travel experience preferred.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Assignment Details:
- 8-hour day shifts only (10- and 12-hour shifts will not be considered).
- Non-billable orientation provided.
- Attendance at mandatory education required.
Submission Requirements:
- Current resume with work history.
- Radiation Therapist skills checklist (within 1 year).
- One supervisory reference from the past two years.
- Massachusetts Radiology License.
- ARRT certification.
- BLS certification.
- All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission; post-submission scheduling requests will not be accepted.
