Temp RN – Hospice (Nights)
Seeking an experienced Hospice RN for a night-shift position providing on-call patient support and end-of-life care services. Responsibilities include responding to patient and family calls, conducting home or facility visits as needed, providing education and emotional support, documenting all patient interactions electronically, and ensuring proper handoff communication at the end of each shift.
Schedule:
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:30 AM
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hospice nursing experience
- Active Virginia RN license (Compact license accepted)
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation and good driving record.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
